Welcome to 2024, I am really excited about this year!

I just got back from a 2 week holiday season vacation which was amazing. I got to spend time with my brother, my sister- in- law and my niece and 3 nephews which was busy, loud and so enjoyable! Now I am ready to get going!

 I know your inboxes and social media feeds are probably full of information about new year's resolutions where or not they work. 

I don't know whether they work or not. But what I do know is that setting a vision or an intention is an important practice. And so I created a video to help you with crafting a vision or intention for 2024!
