I hope you are keeping well! 

Here in Narberth we had a lot of snow last week, how about you? 

Much as I love snow, it's not my favorite thing especially when it becomes ice. It makes it really hard to get my walks in arrrg. I guess the tropics -Uganda -is still in my bones even though I've lived in the US for.. wow 20 years now how time flies.. 

Speaking of time, I really want 2024 to be the year that you create your most audacious vision and desires.
