Helen,

March has always felt special to me.

It’s my birthday month — and also the birthday of my nephew and one of my closest friends. Every year when March arrives, it brings a sense of celebration, reflection, and quietly turning the page.

Birthdays have a way of doing that, don’t they?

They invite us to pause, look back at where we’ve been, and wonder about what’s unfolding next.

And interestingly, March also holds another kind of threshold.

It’s Pisces season — the final chapter of the astrological year.

Which makes this time of year a natural invitation to slow down, reflect, and prepare for a new cycle.

The Energy of Pisces Season

Pisces is the sign of intuition, dreams, and emotional wisdom.

Where earlier parts of the zodiac year are about striving and building, Pisces invites us to soften.

To listen inwardly.

To remember that we are more than our roles, productivity, or plans.

We are the dreamer behind the dream.
The soul behind the story.

This season often heightens our inner awareness.

You might notice deeper emotions, vivid dreams, or a stronger pull toward reflection.

Pisces simply asks us to slow down long enough to hear ourselves again.

A Gentle Reflection for This Season

Pisces season invites a simple question:

What am I ready to release before the next chapter begins?

Maybe it’s an old belief.
Maybe it’s a pattern that no longer fits who you’re becoming.
Maybe it’s the pressure to have everything figured out.

Not everything needs to be solved right away.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause, breathe, and listen inwardly.

You might also ask yourself:

What dream keeps returning to my heart lately?

Not the practical one.

The one that quietly keeps appearing in your thoughts.

Maybe Pisces season is inviting you to listen to that dream a little more closely.

Something New I’m Creating

Many of you know me through my work with Wealthy Woman and Wealthy With Ease, supporting women in healing their relationship with money and creating a more empowered connection with their finances.

What you might not know is that alongside that work, I also do deep inner work that bridges Internal Family Systems and EFT tapping.

Because underneath many of our money blocks — and so many of the patterns we struggle with — are parts of us that learned how to protect, please, strive, or stay small.

Real change often happens when we learn how to come back into relationship with those parts and begin leading our lives from our deeper Self.

This is what inspired something new I’m creating: a three-month coaching container called Becoming Self-Led.

It’s designed to help women move beyond being driven by the inner critic, the people-pleaser, or anxious protector parts — and instead begin living from a place of inner harmony, clarity, and self-leadership.

I’m still shaping the details, but if this resonates and you’d like to hear more when it opens, you can simply reply to this email and let me know.

March always feels like a turning point for me.

A moment to celebrate life, reflect on the year behind me, and gently step into what’s unfolding next.

And wherever you are in your own journey right now, I hope this season brings you a little more softness, clarity, and trust in yourself.

If you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear from you:

What is something you feel ready to release in this season — or a dream that keeps quietly returning to you lately?

And if the idea of learning how to lead your life more from your true self (rather than from the inner critic, people-pleaser, or protector parts) resonates, feel free to mention that too.

Just hit reply — I read every message, and I genuinely love hearing what’s unfolding in your world.

Standing for your greatness

Helen
