Did you know that we have a mind-body money connection? 

The mind body connection is the two-way relationship between the mind and the body. That what we think about, we feel in the body which in turn affects what we think about. The highway for this mind- body connection is the autonomic nervous system.

So the mind-body-money connection are the thoughts, feelings and programmed beliefs from past traumas and experiences going all the way back to your childhood around money. Most of these thoughts, feelings and programmed beliefs are stored in the unconscious part of our mind.

Thus we are wired on a mind-body level around our savings, debt, income, income goals and toxic money. This wiring creates unconscious resistance around creating and earning more money.

This week I am doing a series of Facebook lives April 22-28th where I facilitate a coaching demo with some incredibly courageous and vulnerable women on each of the 6 processes in my money program.
