With your permission I'd love to share with you some exciting updates in my life. I completed my year long, actually one and half year long training and transformational journey to become a woman-centered empowerment and transformation coach this week.

One of our assignments was to craft our signature story that tells the story of why I am doing what I am doing and extend an invitation to work with me.

This is a story of how I became a wealth worthy woman.

Let ask you:

What would be possible for you if you knew you were worthy and deserving of financial abundance, love, health etc and that you were capable of creating it in your business and life?

This is where I am right now, this place of knowing that I am worthy and deserving of financial abundance and that I am capable of creating it through my business. I have been able to own my brilliance, raise the rates for my services, and step into visibility. Now I am actively changing my financial destiny.

But it wasn't always like this. I am originally from Uganda, a country where the average annual income is around $1,000. Growing up in a religious family in a third-world country, I inherited messages of powerlessness and disempowerment about my ability to create financial abundance. The mixed messages about money were confusing: money is the root of all evil, poverty is spiritual, and on the other hand, my father didn't see poverty as spiritual but for some reason I internalized that one should not charge for being of service to the world.

As a former psychotherapist who worked in community mental health and later in private practice, my money stories kept me stuck making $20K a year. Yes, compared to people in Uganda, that is a lot, but in the US, it’s just above the poverty line.

The turning point came in 2021 when I decided to transition into becoming a coach. Right before I signed up for a high-ticket coaching program, my bank account was hacked, and I lost all my savings. It was a low point in my life, revealing how little I was making despite having a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy. 

Many of my colleagues were making significantly more money, even though I was excellent at what I did. It didn't make sense. I felt a lot of anxiety, stress, and shame about not being able to make enough money. I had no business skills, struggled to own my brilliance, didn’t market my services, and undercharged for them.

In that moment, I decided it was unacceptable. I needed to do something about my money situation. At the time, I was already using a mind/body tool called EFT tapping. I used it to calm my nervous system, figure out payment for the program and other subsequent programs, and set on the path to learn how to clear my money blocks. I learned business skills like offer creation, marketing, and enrollment. I learnt alot of strategies, but strategies alone IS NOT ENOUGH. You need to BECOME a new YOU.

 Everything changed for me and the breakthrough results I was personally able to experience, as well as now also create with my clients when I discovered the Woman-Centered Coaching method created by my mentor and colleague Dr. Claire Zammit. 

 Claire found that there’s an historic sea-change happening for millions of women who as we rise to power our values, priorities and aspirations change! We move from the Achievement Stage in American humanistic psychologist Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs to the Self-Actualization stage – where instead of largely external measures of success we begin to feel the impulse to become everything we can be. 

And the problem is, the barriers at this new stage for women are no longer primarily external but are internal — they are rooted in limiting beliefs and self concepts, a disconnection from our own inner knowing and creative power as well as isolation from support and resources.

What I discovered is that without the deep inner transformational work of making your money stories conscious, releasing them through EFT tapping, stepping into a new powerful story of possibility, and growing yourself into who you need to be to become the author of your financial destiny, I wouldn't be where I am today.

So I am on a mission to help other women, especially entrepreneurs, shatter their inner barriers to wealth, own their brilliance, step into visibility, magnetize wealth, become the author of their financial destiny, and impact the world with their gifts.

This matters because when women rise, they lift everyone around them too, and together we will create the future of our world—a world of financially empowered women and fempreneurs!
