Helen,
Let me ask you something. How often do you think about money? And how often does money stress you out?
If money is on your mind a lot, you are not alone. Research shows that women tend to worry about money more than men do, especially women who are single, raising children, or responsible for other people.
There are practical reasons for that worry. Women often earn less over a lifetime, take time away from work to care for others, and retire with less. Many of us also carry a large share of our family's financial and caregiving responsibilities.
This worry affects how we feel. The more worried people are about paying bills, managing debt, or preparing for the future, the more likely they are to experience emotional distress.
A good income and financial security can be two different things. You can earn well and still worry if your income changes from month to month, if you carry a lot of responsibility, if you don't have much saved, or if it feels like everything depends on you working at the same pace.
Your history also plays a role. Earlier experiences of financial loss, instability, dependence, or betrayal can shape how you respond to money today.
And sometimes the worry is pointing to a real financial problem: not enough income, debt, too little saved, or too many people depending on you. That kind of worry calls for a practical plan.
Here is what I have found after years of this work: no single solution fixes financial stress. It takes calming your stress response, understanding what money means to you, building a real financial plan, and allowing yourself more support.
That is exactly what we will do together in Rewire Your Financial Worry. Bring one area of your finances you would like to transform, and leave with your own Financial Growth Pathway.
My intention is to create a space where you can be honest about your financial worries with care and without judgment.
