As a former psychotherapist, I had the profound honor of guiding people through the complexities of their past and present, helping them make sense of who they were and the lived experiences that shaped them. This journey mirrored my own deep longing to understand myself and the experiences that shaped me.

Yet, there came a moment when I began to wonder: Is this all there is? While understanding myself and my lived experiences was invaluable, it didn’t grant me the freedom to rise above them. It felt as though I was bound to be defined by my past.

Therapy serves a crucial purpose—it helps us move from a place of pain or dysfunction to a state of functioning. It brings us from negative to neutral, allowing us to regain our footing. But what if we want to do more than just survive? What if we want to thrive?

That’s when I discovered the transformative power of positive psychology, a discipline that goes beyond merely coping. It’s about flourishing. Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” positive psychology asks, “What’s right with me?” and “How can I build on that?” This shift in focus opened up a world of possibility and resonated deeply with me.

But my journey didn’t end there. I was drawn to the powerful work of woman-centered empowerment and transformation coaching. This is where I found my true calling—helping women, including myself, step into their highest potential. It’s about breaking free from the limitations, traumas, and wounds that have held us back from creating the life of our dreams. It’s about consciously choosing to evolve and aligning with our entelechy—the innate blueprint for who we are truly meant to become.

This work is my passion because therapy, as valuable as it is, can only take us so far. The real magic happens when we realize that we have the power to evolve beyond our traumas and limitations. As a coach, I am here to ignite that spark within you. I help women dismantle the deep-rooted beliefs that tell them they are alone, invisible, or not enough. Together, we craft a new, powerful, and limitless self-concept. We align with our true north, turning ourselves right side up, facing the direction of our dreams whether it is to build a business; find love, cultivate intimacy and connect, step into prosperity; cultivate authentic confidence; step into our life purpose and then we commit to growing ourselves into the magnificent beings we are destined to be.

This is not just a journey; it’s a transformation. It's not about the caterpillar having a healing experience, it's about the caterpillar becoming the butterfly. 

And it’s an adventure I am deeply honored to embark on with you.
