Helen, Happy September!

I have spent most of the past two weeks immobile.

With very little else I could do, I have read, watched Asian shows, chatted with AI, and thought about life.

A lot.

When the backache first began, I did what I often do when something is happening in my life: I tapped on it.

I tap on almost everything.

I opened the Tapping Solution app, which is an incredible resource, by the way. If you have never explored it, I highly recommend checking it out. I am not an affiliate. It is simply one of the tools I use regularly.

I found one of their tapping meditations for lower back pain. During the meditation, they referenced Louise Hay’s work on the possible emotional meanings connected with physical pain.

From a psychosomatic perspective, lower back pain can be connected with feeling unsupported financially or feeling unsupported by Life.

I understood this as an invitation for inquiry. It was not an explanation for the physical pain or a substitute for attending to my body’s medical needs.

The word that stayed with me was support.

Did I feel supported by Life?

Did I trust that God, the Divine, Source, or the Universe was supporting me?

What did I believe about the nature of the Divine support available to me?

You know the big questions!

I do not write about spirituality often.

It is a vulnerable subject for me to share publicly, even though spirituality is the ground beneath so much of who I am and the work I do.

I am a pastor’s kid. I went to seminary. Spirituality has shaped the way I understand myself, other people, purpose, transformation, power, money, and possibility.

Psychology and spirituality are two of my greatest loves.

Crochet and Asian shows are also high on the list, of course.

One of my commitments in this season of my life is to allow the full spectrum of who I am to be seen. That includes sharing more openly about the spiritual convictions that inform my work.

Over the past two weeks, I have been writing what I can only describe as my present cosmology: my understanding of God, life, creation, and our relationship with the Divine.

So, who is God/Divine to me?

God is the infinite, eternal, living Source from whom all existence arises.

I believe we come from this Source. We exist within God, and the life of God exists within us.

We are of God.

These Divine qualities are therefore seeded within us for human expression.

Love can take form through the way we care for ourselves and others.

Divine intelligence can express itself through our ability to learn, discern, recognize patterns, solve problems, and receive insight.

Creativity can become a business, an idea, a solution, a piece of art, a new offer, or a different way of responding to an old problem.

And Divine abundance can become our capacity to generate value, perceive possibility, receive support, create resources, build relationships, and contribute to the flourishing of life.

This brings me to the face of God that I have been thinking about most:

The face of God that is abundance.

I understand Divine abundance as the inexhaustible creative and generative potential of God.

We can see this abundance in Life’s ability to keep creating. Ideas emerge. Intelligence remains available. Relationships form. People learn. Nature regenerates. New possibilities arise through combinations of people, skills, resources, choices, and timing that we could not have predicted.

Abundance also appears as love, imagination, knowledge, vitality, resourcefulness, opportunity, support, beauty, healing, and the capacity to begin again.

Money is one material expression of this abundance. It gives us the ability to support our needs, experience pleasure, exercise choice, care for the people we love, invest in our futures, contribute to our communities, and create meaningful change.

Because we are of God, I believe the potential for abundance is seeded within every one of us.

That seed may live in your ability to see something other people cannot yet see.

It may live in the brilliance you bring to a problem, the wisdom you gained through your experiences, your capacity to create something valuable, or your ability to connect people and ideas.

It may appear through your imagination, intuition, receptivity, courage, resourcefulness, relationships, and ability to learn.

The seed contains possibility. Its expression develops through embodiment.

A seed needs conditions that support its growth. It needs soil, light, water, protection, care, and time.

I see my work as helping women develop the inner and outer conditions through which the seed of Divine abundance can grow into something tangible.

This is the purpose of my EASE model.

Embody Safety

Your nervous system influences what you can remain present with.

It affects your ability to look at your finances, receive support, hold uncertainty, become visible, ask for money, desire more, and respond to growth.

As your nervous system capacity expands, you become more able to hear wisdom beneath the alarm, access your creativity, recognize possibilities, and make financial decisions with greater discernment.

Activate the Wealth-Creating Woman

Your identity shapes what you perceive as possible and what feels available to you.

Becoming a Wealth-Creating Woman means beginning to see yourself as someone who can originate value, participate in exchange, receive money, direct resources, and become the financial author of her life.

You begin making choices from the woman you are becoming while allowing every lived experience to develop her further.

Strengthen Your Skills and Capacities

Divine potential becomes practical through human capacities.

You learn to recognize your brilliance and translate it into value that supports other people.

You develop your earning power. You strengthen your ability to communicate the value of your work, sell, receive money and support, save, spend in alignment with your values, set boundaries, cultivate supportive relationships, steward your resources, and grow wealth over time.

Skills give inspiration a form.

They allow the abundance within you to become an offer, a service, a relationship, an exchange, an income, an investment, or a resource that supports life.

Embrace Growth

Becoming the financial author of your life takes time.

You practice. You make decisions. You learn from what happens. You receive support and correction. You expand your capacity to hold more responsibility, money, visibility, pleasure, choice, and impact.

Through this process, you become increasingly capable of creating, receiving, holding, enjoying, stewarding, and circulating wealth.

This is the spiritual conviction beneath my work:

The seed of Divine abundance already exists within you. My work helps you develop the human conditions through which that seed can become value, money, choice, support, contribution, and a deeply resourced life.

This work is also one of my own growth edges.

There is a saying: “Teach what you most need to learn.”

I have the knowledge. I have the steps, practices, and frameworks. As I teach them and support other women through them, that knowledge travels more deeply into my body and my life.

It becomes embodied.

As I support women to embody safety, activate the Wealth-Creating Woman, strengthen their capacities, and embrace growth, I am walking that path alongside them.

I am also becoming increasingly capable of giving the abundance within me a material form.

Perhaps that is one of the gifts of teaching.

We share what we know. We practice what we share. The knowledge gradually becomes part of who we are.

I would love to hear from you:

If abundance is already seeded within you, what might that seed be asking you to develop next?

Hit reply and tell me.

Standing for your greatness,

Helen
