Do you ever feel like an imposter? I do
I was re-reading a book by one of my coaches Tapping into Wealth by Margaret Lynch the woman I trained under for a year to become certified as nervous system based wealth coach who helps women release their unconscious blocks to wealth using EFT tapping.
She was telling a story of a woman who is a CPA and she wanted to step into more visibility. However, she felt like a fraud because her own finances were a mess but she did a marvelous job with other people’s money. Her fear of public speaking (marketing block) was related to the fact that her finances were a mess and so she found it hard to take action to build her business.
I can so relate to her feelings of being an imposter! See I guide women to becoming wealth-worthy — about safety with money, nervous system regulation, identity shifts, and learning how to receive without collapsing into fear or over-responsibility.
And the honest truth is:
I still worry about money.
Not in the way I once did. Not in a constant, panicked, survival-mode way. But the questions still arise.
- Will the next clients come?
- Will there be enough this month?
- Am I building my business in a way that’s sustainable?
For a while, I wondered if that made me inauthentic.
If I needed to “arrive” financially before I could guide others. If I needed a more impressive “success” story before I could speak openly about wealth.
But the more I sat with it, the clearer something became.
What qualifies me to do this work isn’t the absence of money anxiety. It’s my relationship with it.
I know what money stress feels like in the body. I know how it tightens the chest, narrows perspective, and speeds the nervous system. I know how it pulls women into overworking, undercharging, or disappearing altogether.
And more importantly — I know how to work with it.
I know how to stay present with my fearful part instead of contracting. I know how to listen for what the anxiety is actually protecting. I know how to separate real financial strategy from inherited survival patterns. I know how to build inner capacities rather than forcing outcomes.
That’s the work I teach.
And this is important to say:
The starting point for becoming a Wealth-Worthy Woman is not mindset alone. And it’s not strategy by itself.
It begins in the nervous system.
Because when your body doesn’t feel safe with money, no amount of positive thinking or planning will work. The system will keep pulling you back into over-efforting, hesitation, over-responsibility, or self-doubt — even when you know better.
That’s why my work always starts beneath the mind.
With creating safety in the body. With understanding how money stress lives somatically. With gently rewiring the patterns that make wealth feel like an impossible dream.
If this resonates, I’ve created a short 12 minute video where I walk you through how the nervous system shapes our relationship with money — and why real change begins there.
You can watch it here, in your own time: 👉 https://youtu.be/yPekkYWTmds?si=Y13u0GpNRVnFGKOZ
Let it be an orientation, not “I never worry about money anymore.” But “I no longer let money fear run my life.”
There’s a difference.
Many of the loudest voices talking about wealth speak from a place of “having made it”: “ I made a million dollars in my business” or here is how I made 6 figures this month. I am not coming from that perspective.
My voice comes from the middle. From the becoming.
From someone who is building wealth consciously, ethically, and at a pace her nervous system can actually hold.
And I’ve come to see this clearly:
If I waited to have “arrived” whatever that means before teaching, I would never teach anything meaningful.
Because wealth — like confidence, embodiment, or wholeness — is not a destination. It’s a relationship. A practice. A capacity that grows as we grow.
So when I guide women through becoming wealth-worthy, I’m not standing above them.
I’m standing with them — a few steps ahead in some places, still learning in others, and deeply committed to doing this work in a way that is real, integrated, and sustainable.
This year, my commitment is focus.
To stop scattering my energy. To stop fragmenting my work. To be known for one body of work — helping women feel safe enough to receive, hold, and create wealth without abandoning themselves.
Not overnight. Not through force. But through coherence.
If you’re here because you want more than enough — not just financially, but emotionally, energetically, relationally — I want you to know this:
You don’t have to be finished to begin. You don’t have to be fearless to move forward. And you don’t have to pretend you’re somewhere you’re not.
You just need to be willing to stay present, stay honest, and keep becoming.
That’s where I am.
And that’s the work I’m devoted to.
