Happy New Year, beloved Helen
As this new year opens, I find myself less interested in resolutions and far more interested in who you are becoming.
2026 isn’t asking you to become more acceptable, more productive, fix yourself, or prove your worth. It asks something quieter. Deeper. Truer.
It asks: What kind of woman are you ready to embody now?
For many of the women I work with — and for me, too — this year is about becoming a Wealth-Worthy Woman.
Not in the narrow sense of money alone, but in the fuller sense of being well-resourced across the good things of life — because when women say they want more, they’re rarely talking about money alone.
Wealth is multidimensional
When we reduce wealth to income alone, we miss the deeper work — and we stay stuck cycling between effort and exhaustion.
True wealth unfolds across seven dimensions, each one informing the others:
Financial Wealth An empowered, steady relationship with earning, spending, saving, investing, and giving — where money becomes a supportive tool rather than a source of stress.
Time Wealth The ability to choose how your time and energy are used. Enough space to breathe, rest, and respond — rather than living in constant reaction, overcommitment, or quiet resentment.
Physical Wealth Vitality you can feel in your body. Energy to pursue what matters, to move, create, and relate without pushing past yourself. Feeling safe, grounded, and at home in your body — supported by nourishment, rest, sleep, and movement that sustain you over time, not just in short bursts.
Mental & Emotional Wealth The inner capacity to think clearly, feel deeply, and stay present under pressure. Emotional intelligence, intuitive self-trust, and resilience that allow you to navigate challenges, regulate stress, and make aligned decisions without burning yourself out.
Relational & Social Wealth Nourishing relationships where you are seen, respected, and supported — without overgiving, people-pleasing, or self-abandonment.
Purpose & Impact Wealth Living and working in alignment with your deeper calling. Using your gifts in ways that are meaningful, valued, and truly impactful.
Spiritual & Inner Wealth A lived connection to something larger than effort or achievement. Trust in your timing. Inner guidance. A sense of belonging within yourself and the universe.
This is the wealth most women are actually yearning for — even when they think they’re “just” trying to make more money.
Visioning from your deeper knowing (not your mind’s agenda)
Here’s what I want to invite you into as this year begins:
Before you set a single goal… pause.
Because most women have been trained to choose goals from what feels safe, realistic, and socially acceptable — not from what they actually want.
So if you ask yourself, “What should I accomplish this year?” your mind will usually give you a responsible answer. Not necessarily a true one.
A Wealth-Worthy Woman doesn’t begin by trying to figure things out. She begins by turning her attention inward.
Rather than controlling the outcome or waiting for certainty, she begins with listening, curiosity, and openness.
She allows herself to notice what is already alive within her.
She starts with questions that invite awareness, not answers:
What have I been quietly yearning for — even if I don’t yet have words for it? Where do I notice energy, aliveness, or emotional resonance? What part of me is asking for my attention right now?
Take a breath. Place one hand on your body.
And from this grounded place, ask yourself — without rushing to answer:
-
In 2026, what would financial wealth feel like in my body?
-
What kind of time wealth would allow me to breathe again?
-
What does my body need to feel physically wealthy this year?
-
How do I want to relate to my emotions, my mind, my inner world?
-
What kinds of relationships feel nourishing, reciprocal, and true?
-
Where is life asking me to contribute my gifts more fully?
-
What would it feel like to trust myself — and Life — more deeply?
Allow what’s in season for you to emerge through deep listening.
This is how real vision is ignited — not from the mind alone, but from the whole of you.
Becoming is a remembering
Becoming a Wealth-Worthy Woman isn’t about changing who you are or trying to become someone else.
It’s about letting go of what was never true to begin with — the doubt you learned to carry, the scarcity you inherited, the idea that you must prove yourself in order to receive.
And it’s about remembering what is true:
your innate capacity your inherent worth your resilience your belonging your ability to grow naturally into what you desire
This is a process of remembering who you already are.
2026 doesn’t require perfection. It asks that you give yourself permission to be brilliant and imperfect.
I’m holding a vision for you this year — that you feel more at home within yourself… and that, from that place, wealth in all its forms can move toward you naturally.
May this be a year of listening more deeply to yourself. Of trusting what is emerging now. Of allowing what’s in season for you to take shape, in its own timing.
May you continue becoming the woman your soul has been guiding you toward. And may wealth — in all the ways that truly matter — feel steady, spacious, and supportive throughout the year.
Happy New Year.
With warmth and belief in you, Helen
